Refund Policy

General

We follow the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which ensures your rights as a customer.

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item is:

  • Faulty or defective,

  • Unsafe,

  • Not as described, or

  • Doesn’t perform as promised.

Change Of Mind

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.

We will assess and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method once approved.
