Each Air Track, Air Block, Air Beam and Air Barrel is checked for quality before leaving our facility to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.
Change of Mind
Due to the size and nature of our Air Products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once the item has been shipped. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your Air Product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will happily assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange for a repair, replacement or refund.

Warranty
All My Gym Gear Air Products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering faults in materials or workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Misuse or incorrect setup

Over-inflation or use on uneven/sharp surfaces

Normal wear and tear

Punctures or tears from external objects
Returns Process
If a return is approved:

We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation number.

The item must be returned clean, dry and in its original packaging (where possible).

Once received and inspected, we will process your repair, replacement, or refund as quickly as possible.

Keep your Air Track, Air Block, Air Beam or Air Barrel in top condition with these simple care tips! Proper care helps extend the life of your equipment and ensures the best performance every time you train.
Setup & Use

Always place your Air Product on a clean, flat surface free from sharp objects, stones, or debris.

For outdoor use, place a groundsheet or soft mat underneath for extra protection.

Inflate using a compatible electric or foot pump only; do not over-inflate. The surface should feel firm but still slightly bouncy.

Ensure the valve cap is closed tightly before use.

Use barefoot or with soft, non-marking shoes to prevent damage.
Cleaning & Maintenance

Wipe down with a soft cloth and mild soap after each use — avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Ensure the product is completely dry before folding or storing.

Check valves and seams regularly for signs of wear or leaks.

If a small puncture occurs, use the repair kit provided or contact My Gym Gear for advice.
Storage

Deflate the Air Product completely before folding.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
